Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders ship from Indiana.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping are calculated based on your address and preferred shipping method. i.e. UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail etc.

Processing time

Orders are packed and shipped within 3-5 business days or sooner. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery time

Delivery varies based on selected/purchased shipping method. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If it hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery date, please contact us.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo within 3 days of delivery and we’ll replace it. If tracking shows delivered but you don’t have it, check with your neighbors and your carrier first, then contact us and we’ll make it right.

Wrong Address

We ship to the address you enter at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we’ll reship it once you cover the return postage.
