Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders ship from Indiana.

 

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is $6.00 flat, and it's free on orders of $35.00 or more. Express shipping is $15.00.

 

Processing time

Orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

 

Delivery time

Standard delivery arrives in 3-5 business days after shipping. Express delivery arrives in 1-2 business days. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees.

 

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If it hasn't arrived within 10 business days of shipping, email us and we'll sort it out.

 

Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it. If tracking shows delivered but you don't have it, check with your neighbors and your carrier first, then contact us and we'll make it right.

 

Wrong address

We ship to the address you enter at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we'll reship it once you cover the return postage.
