Our promise

If you don't like your soap, we'll make it right. We'd rather have you tell us than quietly never come back.

 

Returns

You can return unused, unopened bars within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Return shipping is on you unless the order arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing.

 

For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns on bars that have been used or unwrapped.

 

If you don't like the scent

Email us within 30 days and tell us which bar and why. We'll refund it or swap it for a different scent, your choice. Keep the bar or give it to someone who'll use it. We don't want it back.

 

Damaged or wrong items

Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund it. No return shipping required.

 

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and what you'd like to do. We'll respond within 2 business days.

 

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving the return or approving your request. Original shipping charges aren't refunded unless the return is our fault.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to swap a scent is to request a refund and place a new order.

 

Gifts

If your order was a gift, we'll work with whoever contacts us. Just have the order number.
